On behalf of the staff and instructors at The University of Winnipeg Professional, Applied and Continuing Education (PACE) I offer you our most sincere congratulations on your graduation today. While we would have preferred to see you in person, we are all celebrating with you today.
We consider ourselves lucky to have been on this journey with you as you studied at PACE. Whether you studied part-time or were at PACE for a full time program, we know it took a lot of commitment to complete your studies. This year was especially full of new challenges as you had to complete your program remotely. Completing your program demonstrates your hard work and dedication to earn a new credential despite the many challenges placed in your way.
Now that you have reached the end of this journey, it is time to celebrate your accomplishment. Earning your certificate or diploma was a huge investment in yourself, so take the time to reflect on what you have learned both inside and outside the classroom. You are now prepared to do anything you want as you have proven you have what it takes to be successful. The world is a better place with you in it.
We are so thankful that you chose PACE as your place of study. Please stay connected with us now that you are a graduate, as there are many opportunities to come back as mentors, guest speakers, or attend some of our events. Some of you will become employers of future graduates, or even future PACE instructors. Your new journey has just begun!
Congratulations graduates and best wishes in your future endeavors.
We invite you to save your copy of the Graduation Program (PDF) for the 34rd Convocation Ceremony and watch the live stream of the ceremony on Friday, October 15 at 2:30PM (CST).
