He has proven expertise in delivering projects on time, working under stress and stringent timelines and managing multi-cultural and cross-functional resources spanning across geographies. He has a keen interest in the blockchain and crypto space, and holds a CIO Certified Blockchain Professional certification. He is also an Agile evangelist and successfully executed projects in Agile methodologies using Scrum and Kanban frameworks! He has had the opportunity of working in diverse industry landscape - from Fortune 500 companies to lean start-ups! He is a Masters in Computer Applications and holds PMP, Prince2 Practitioner and various Agile certifications. Apart from his day job, Arindam is an active volunteer in the community and sits on the executive and advisory board of multiple not-for-profit organizations. He is a technology enthusiast, an avid reader of science fictions and a die-hard fan of San Antonio Spurs.
