Planning and executing projects requires that project managers are familiar with different approaches. In this course, students will learn how to choose the best approach from predictive, to adaptive, or hybrid. Students will understand how the different approaches impact project planning and execution, while gaining experience at using adaptive tools and techniques.
Outcomes
Upon completion of this course students will be able to:
- explain the differences between predictive, hybrid, and adaptive project approaches
- identify when to use each of the three project approaches
- explain and use select tools for adaptive project approaches
