You must pay the non-refundable application fee when submitting your application.
The first tuition installment should be paid as soon as possible after receiving your offer of acceptance and at the latest by the deadlines listed below. Your first tuition installment is ~30% of your total tuition fee.
You must make your tuition installments by the established deadlines to finalize your seat in a program.
You cannot finalize your seat without submitting both the required tuition payments AND your letter from Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) that you are eligible for a study permit (also known as "Letter of Introduction" or Port of Entry (POE) letter).

You may access your WebAdvisor account at any time to check specific payment breakdowns, receipt of payments (i.e. Application/Tuition installments), and access your Confirmation of Registration and receipt of payment, which should be presented to Citizenship and Immigration Canada at the time of entry to Canada.

International students at The University of Winnipeg PACE are required to have health insurance through the university chosen provider. This fee in integrated into the program fee.
Health insurance for international students is provided by Guard.me.
Health insurance coverage start on the first day of the program and extends to the end of the internship period.
Additional coverage may be purchased for dependents directly from Guard.me after a student is enrolled in the program.
Students can purchase additional coverage for themselves & their family up to the program start date directly through Guard.me if they arrive in Winnipeg before their program start date.
For two year programs, the second year payment follows the above refund policy using the anniversary of the start date.
Students are responsible for notifying the UWPACE Registration desk by submitting a withdrawal request form (PDF) when requesting a refund prior to the program start date. Requests are not assessed until a signed form is received.
If the Government of Canada denies your application for a Study Permit, you may receive a refund of any fees paid less a $500 administrative fee, if you have not yet reserved or finalized your seat.
A copy of documentation of study permit denial from the Canadian Government must be provided and attached to the Request for Withdrawal from a Program Form.
Students who do not meet the English language requirement through UWinnipeg’s English Language Program within the expected time frame, may receive a refund of any fees paid less a $500 administrative fee.
Students must pay an administrative fee of $45 for a NSF cheque or declined credit card payment due to insufficient funds, and must make immediate payment arrangements with the UWPACE Financial and Registration Services.
UWPACE expects students to meet their financial obligations in order to maintain secured registration status in the program. Failure to meet financial obligations do so will result in a late fee charge, and/or discontinuance of their studies.
UWPACE Financial and Registration Services will place a financial hold against a student's file when accounts are in arrears. A financial hold restricts the release of all academic correspondence, including transcripts, until the financial arrears are cleared and the hold is removed from the student file. Late fees will be applied to the account for each month in arrears (applied on the first day past due).
