This course provides students with the knowledge and skills to define Business Intelligence (BI) projects. Students will learn how to plan, elicit, analyze, document, and validate requirements for a BI solution. Students will gain an understanding of the process for selecting BI tools and solutions. The course covers how to define the scope of a problem and develop solutions that range from tactical to enterprise, enabling students to address the needs of one or multiple business groups.
