In the wake of the pandemic and the great resignation, people and organizations are reassessing how, when, and where they work. Over the coming years, organizations and leaders will be pressed to adjust how they design roles, craft employee experiences, and embrace flexibility to retain top talent and meet organizational objectives.
In this 2-day course, attendees will have the opportunity to dive into how work and workplaces are evolving for both employees and employers, particularly when building and maintaining flexible work arrangements.
