In the wake of the pandemic and the great resignation, people and organizations are reassessing how, when, and where they work. Over the coming years, organizations and leaders will be pressed to adjust how they design roles, craft employee experiences, and embrace flexibility to retain top talent and meet organizational objectives.

In this 2-day program, attendees will have the opportunity to dive into how work and workplaces are evolving for both employees and employers, particularly when building and maintaining flexible work arrangements. We will explore how employees can craft their own meaningful work experiences and how organizations and leaders can raise the bar to meet those needs.

The world of work is changing, and people and organizations have an opportunity to ensure they build work experiences and environments that are engaging, energizing, and productive for everyone.

Outcomes

On completion of this course, participants will:

  • Understand work trends' future and prepare for changing employee and employer dynamics and expectations.
