Course 1: Mastering the Multi-Generational Workplace

In this session we will explore how best to lead a multi-generational workplace through self-reflection, leadership style, and communication.

There are currently five generations in the workforce. This unique opportunity creates a dynamic workplace where individuals have varying interests, motivations, and outlooks, all which impacts workplace culture.

Leadership is key to embracing the unique needs of each generation and to building systems that allow people to not only celebrate each other’s differences but to find opportunities for collaboration and connection.

We discuss and assess the various challenges and opportunities multigenerational workplaces may bring. You will learn to create strategies to develop a culture that values individual's uniqueness and the ability to communicate as well as how multi-generational workplace can be an organizational strength.

Read more about mastering the multi-generational workplace on our blog.

Course 2: Mastering the Evolving Workplace

In this session, we will dive into how work and workplaces are evolving for both employees and employers, including leading remote and hybrid employees and managing flexible work arrangements.

In the wake of the pandemic and the great resignation, people and organizations are reassessing how when and where they work.

Over the coming years, organizations and leaders will be pressed to adjust how they design roles, how they define employee experiences and make work arrangements to retain top talent while meeting organizational objectives.

We explore how employees can decide on their own meaningful work experiences and how organizations and leaders can raise the bar to meet those needs. You will learn how to help your organization manage the evolving workplace.

Is the evolving workplace a threat or opporunity? Course instructor, Jane Helbrecht, shared her thoughts our blog.

Change is necessary in today’s environment, however, when it is not managed well, changes in the workplace can trigger negativity and toxicity.

Research shows that the number one obstacle to the success of change is ineffective leadership and management of the people side of change.

We explore how to identify opportunities and effectively lead change to help your organizations to achieve business results faster, more efficiently, and with less chaos. You will learn how to help your organization achieve the results it needs by adding change management to your toolkit.

By the end of this 2-day course you'll be able to:
  • Explain what change management is and why it matters
  • Recognize the business drivers for change management
  • Identify the ways in which people respond to change
  • Recognize the signs of resistance to change

    What are microcredentials

    What are microcredentials?

Microcredentials are specific, focused certifications earned by successfully completing a defined set of courses in a particular topic area. These short programs create a path for individuals to quickly add to their skill set, advance their knowledge, and unlock the next level of their career.

Microcredentials at PACE build on your existing knowledge and experience under the guidance of experienced instructors who are subject-matter experts with deep industry knowledge.

PACE issues two level of digital credentials

Badges: Issued for the completion of selected short courses. Our badges are stackable and can be combined to earn a microcredential.

Microcredential: Issued upon completion of a defined set of courses in a particular topic area to certify completion of a full program of study.

    How do get my credential?

Upon successful completion of a microcredential program, you will receive your credential in a digital format.

Our badges and microcredentials are a visual representation of your accomplishment and are stored by MyCreds, and give you access to a tamper-proof and verifiable credential that contains information about the issuing institution, the date earned, and learning outcomes.

You can easily share your digital credential to other institutions, via email, social media— like on your LinkedIn profile— or other electronic means.
