This course will focus on defining performance measures and assessing the effectiveness of a solution. Students will gain an awareness of the constraints that may limit a solution, whether at the solution or enterprise level. The course will cover various solution types, including prototypes, pilots, or more mature, operational solutions. Students will learn methods to evaluate solutions and recommend strategies to deliver more value from a solution.
