Clarke Wainikka is a compassionate English instructor with over 6 years of experience working with students with writing and language challenges. She is a published author with three books of her own, and in addition to being a ghost writer, she is an industry professional in creative writing, written communications, and editing and story consulting. She received her psychology degree from University of Manitoba in 2016. After receiving her degree and TEFL certification, she travelled to Korea to teach English for a year. Her experience in Korea fostered her passion for teaching and for creating supportive classroom environments that are activity based and solution-focused. She is knowledgeable in language learning practices and curriculum development and furthered these skills with her TESL certification, received through the University of Winnipeg in 2021. On a day to day basis, she writes for a variety of audiences and has a strong focus on digital literacy.
