Ethelinda’s passions include teaching and assisting employers and their employees in developing safety and health programs and safety culture to prevent injuries and illnesses in the workplace. Ethelinda Padua is a Safety and Health Professional with 25+ years of experience in occupational safety and health in various industries, including health and dental care, manufacturing, construction, trucking, higher education, laboratories, research, administration, and administration hospitality, to name a few. She acquired the following designations: CRSP Canadian Registered Safety Professional, RSO Certified Radiation Safety Officer, and CAE Certified in Adult Education. Ethelinda is also an owner of a Safety and Health Consulting Company that provides occupational safety and health consulting, sales, and training services and an instructor at Red River College, teaching courses in the Occupational Safety and Health Technician Certificate Program. To show her passion for teaching, she supports the students by creating a non-profit association with a primary mandate to support new graduates in their new role as safety and health practitioners.
