Jen is a communication and transferable skills expert who has applied this foundation to her ongoing studies in Special Education. As an Educational Assistant, substitute teacher, transition worker, coach, and college instructor, she has always been drawn to supporting learners with unique learning needs and preferences. She has had the privilege to teach in four provinces with post-secondary students in multiple programs. Jen’s studies have included Law Clerk, Special Education, and Inclusivity.
Steve Proskurnik, is a certified teacher with over 19 years of experience, serving in many different roles including classroom teacher, counselor, divisional support teacher, and consultant. For the past 10 years, he has been in roles that developed and supported educational programming for TVE, the High School Apprenticeship Program (HSAP), and career development for students.

Buffy Davey is a marketing strategy consultant who specializes in helping "little guys" clarify their message and market like the pros. She works with entrepreneurs, small businesses, and nonprofits throughout Winnipeg to transform marketing from an "off the side of someone's desk" job into a grounded and effective part of their overall strategy. With over fifteen years of experience spanning retail, agency, and non-profit sectors, Buffy focuses on teaching practical marketing skills that stick.

With over 27 years of teaching experience in Manitoba, Kelli Mandzuik has had the privilege of fostering a love for learning and supporting students from early years to high school. With a major in English and a minor in Physical Education, she has had the opportunity to teach a wide range of subjects—from Nursery to Grade 6 Physical Education to advanced English courses at the Grades 9-12 level. Throughout her career, Kelli has embraced the opportunity to connect with students beyond the classroom.
