Sarah has over 18 years of experience providing management consulting services to client organizations in the private, not for profit and public sectors throughout Canada. Most recently, Sarah has worked with First Nation organizations in Manitoba and Northern Ontario. She has worked with organizations in the education, agri-business, biotechnology, engineering services/consulting, manufacturing, health, social services, economic development and energy business areas in identifying executives and business leaders as well as numerous professionals across organizational functions.

With over 13 years of experience in education and a solid background in IT development, Amanpreet Kaur brings a unique blend of technical expertise and instructional expertise to her role. Ms. Amanpreet Kaur worked at different colleges and university levels as an Instructor and Assistant Professor. She also worked as a .NET Developer for almost five years in the IT industry in Canada. She is an instructor in the department of Applied Computer Science at the University of Winnipeg.
