Julie has 30 years of experience in various HR functions; leading change; facilitating conflict resolution; and training in leadership development and communication skills. Jessica is a graduate of the University of Manitoba with a Bachelor's degree in Social Work. She is also certified by the University of Winnipeg as a Career and Employment Coach. Her passion is helping community members with identifying and understanding how their skills, interests, values, and strengths can lead to meaningful employment. She coaches Manitobans on researching the labor market, strengthening their resume and cover letters, accessing the hidden labor market, establishing and maintaining professional relationships, and preparing for interviews.
