Macintosh Balacano

Mac is an award-winning Corporate Social Responsibility & Sustainability professional with 12+ years of diverse experience in the telecommunications, retail, manufacturing, government, and banking sectors at some of Canada's leading organizations. He specializes in creating strategic plans that align and integrate sustainability goals with business objectives and leading large cross-functional teams to implement change. Mac is a University of Waterloo alumnus with a co-op honours degree in Environment and Business and minor in Human Resources Management.

Man Doan has over 20 years of experience in Information and Communications Technology. He holds an MSc in Information Systems, a BSc in Computer Science, and certificates in business analysis, project management, organizational change management, and innovation/continuous improvement. Man is a hands-on man with a strong technical and business background and has held numerous senior IT management and leadership positions.

Margaret Orina

Margaret Orina, MA, MFSS, MAE, CSM, has over 15 years of experience in the fields of Management and Career Counselling providing leadership and support to Career Counselling Professionals. Margaret has held leadership positions in both the public and private sectors. Margaret’s teaching experience includes a lecturing position with the Catholic University of Eastern Africa in Kenya where she taught Developmental Psychology, and Social Education and Ethics.

Mark Warkentin

Mark Warkentin, P.Eng., PMP, is a Streets Project Engineer with the City of Winnipeg. He started his career working in a consultant engineering firm, ND Lea Engineering, which is now WSP Canada Inc. He currently oversees road renewal projects throughout the city. He has 13 years of experience leading projects through initiation, design, construction and close out. Through PACE, Mark instructs the Quality Management course in the Project Management program. He went through the same program in 2013-2014.
