Andrea Leven-Marcon

Andrea is an Executive and Leadership Coach with over 35 years of multi-faceted business, leadership development, and technology experience gained across multiple industry sectors in Canada and internationally. Andrea’s breadth and depth of experiences, combined with her interest in life-long learning and people optimizing their potential, creates the foundation for her role as an instructor at PACE and the University of Winnipeg. In her formative career years, Andrea honed her skills as an economist, business and financial analyst.

R.M. Caligiuri is the President of High-Rise Leadership. As a leadership development specialist, he serves both senior and junior leaders helping them build greater competency in leadership fundamentals, critical thinking, resilience, self-awareness, negotiating and influencing, and mental health coping strategies. R.M. has worked with professionals from large and small organizations like Microsoft, Bell, and Accenture to the Credit Counselling Society, Manitoba eHealth, and Winnipeg Airports Authority.
