Born and raised in Winnipeg, MB, Sophia Ali is the Executive Director of Aulneau Renewal Centre. Her education background consists of a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) from University of Manitoba, Bachelor of Social Work from University of Manitoba and a Master’s in Business Administration from Athabasca University. Registered as a Social Worker with the Manitoba College for Social Workers, Sophia has over fifteen years working with vulnerable sectors related to complex needs such as health issues, mental health, community development and health promotion.

Stephanie Osagie is a certified project management and change management professional with 15 years of combined experience in utilities, healthcare, and other industries. She has a B.Sc. and an M.Sc. in Computer Science, has worked in a variety of roles, and managed the delivery of projects in the public and private sector. Stephanie has a passion for continued learning and loves teaching at the University of Winnipeg because it gives her the opportunity to foster that.
