Kim Baxter, PMP, CIM is a Project Manager with over 30 years experience in the Telecommunications industry. Kim served on the Manitoba Project Management Institute Board of Directors. She has been an instructor with Pace since 2018 and primarily teaches Project Management Fundamentals and Risk Management.
Kenneth Molloy, PMP, is PACE’s Instructor Support Specialist, a role that involves onboarding and coaching our instructors. A passionate instructor, Ken teaches a variety of topics, sharing a lifetime of experience volunteering as a board member in the non-profit sector while simultaneously working as a police officer. As a police officer, Ken was involved in training for over 20 years at the local, national, and international level; his work was recognized with being inducted as a Member of the Order of Merit of the Police.
Judy Schilling, MBA, has extensive experience in human resources and operational management for non-profit and for-profit organizations as well as the Province of Manitoba. She has a broad range of experience including strategic and corporate planning, policy development, financial management, all aspects of human resource functions including recruitment, performance management, labour relations, collective bargaining, discipline and grievance handling. She has worked in various organizations as a Director of Human Resources and as a Senior Executive in the health care sector.
