I live this through active, empathetic listening in every interaction—empowering creativity and collaboration to improve the world around us. I currently serve as the Assistant Deputy Minister – Innovation and New Technology with the Government of Manitoba. In this role, I lead transformative initiatives to modernize ERP systems and deliver public value through digital innovation.
Barry Wolfe received a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) followed by a teaching degree in the Faculty of Education at the University of Manitoba. Deciding that being an educator would be his lifelong passion, Barry went on to complete a Bachelor of Education in school counseling and a Master of Education and thesis majoring in educational psychology. Barry has been an educator in the public school system; adult learning at the University of Winnipeg, University of Manitoba; and indigenous education at the Neeginan Institute of Applied Technology. R.M. Caligiuri is the President of High-Rise Leadership. As a leadership development specialist, he serves both senior and junior leaders helping them build greater competency in leadership fundamentals, critical thinking, resilience, self-awareness, negotiating and influencing, and mental health coping strategies. R.M. has worked with professionals from large and small organizations like Microsoft, Bell, and Accenture to the Credit Counselling Society, Manitoba eHealth, and Winnipeg Airports Authority.
