Her commitment to continuous improvement led her to earn certifications in Prosci Certified Change Practitioner and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, complemented by a Master's in Arts in Learning and Technology and a Certificate in Adult Education. What truly fulfills her is the opportunity to bring people together, collaboratively exploring solutions to challenges.

Judy is an experienced Consultant and Executive Coach, CEO, Board Director, public speaker and Instructor. In 25 plus years, she has successfully led and supported numerous organizations in advancing their goals and maximizing the potential of leaders and their teams. Judy is the President of her own coaching and consulting practice - Murphy’s Executive Leadership. She is passionate about helping individuals and teams gain clarity so they can maximize both their impact and the results of their organizations.
