Why become an internship site?

Help shape the future by giving exceptional PACE students hands-on experience to consolidate theory and practice. Students at PACE are taught by industry-leading professionals, giving our students the edge as they transition from the classroom to the boardroom

Only students with a GPA of 3.0 and above qualify for internships – get the best and brightest from our programs. Interns volunteer their time in exchange for work experience.

When would we have an intern?

Depending on the related field of study, sites host interns at different times through-out the year.

What are our responsibilities as an internship host?

• Assign at least one staff member to supervise and mentor the student intern along with a work space.
• Provide ongoing work assignments and providing direction to help the student produce the desired results.
• Provide on-going mentoring; weekly meetings are a constructive mechanism for two-way communication.
• Address any performance issues directly with the student and Internship Coordinator.
