  • DPS 27600 Professional Microcredential

In this session, we will explore how a Coach Approach to leadership can make a measurable impact on motivating and inspiring individuals and teams level up their performance and realize their full potential.

Do you have high performers on your team who are eager to take on new challenges and perhaps so focused on the future you run the risk of disengagement for today? Or perhaps you have team members showing signs of declining performance and distracting the team from achieving goals? Or maybe you have team members who are normally steady and focused but behave in ways that demonstrate boredom and feel unappreciated?

The Coach Approach to Leadership badge offers a set of skills that build on your current leadership competencies to inspire confidence and motivate performance. Using a unique communication model and practicing the power of questions and a positive mindset, you will learn how to set aside the “advice monster” and ask the right questions to allow them space to explore problems and solutions.

Each course fee is paid for at the time of registration.

Outcomes
