Enhance your capacity for handling difficult conversations in a diverse and dynamic workplace. By leveraging coaching techniques, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) principles, and Emotional Intelligence (EI), participants will build communication resilience, fostering a culture of innovation and inclusivity. Through interactive sessions, practical applications, and reflective practices, leaders will learn to navigate challenging topics confidently, promoting effective dialogue and organizational growth.
This short course is delivered in four highly engaging, three-hour sessions, providing opportunity to fully explore the topics and practice the skills. Leaders will build competencies and resilience to handle difficult conversations, learning to activate their EI skills to see beyond emotional difficulties. This enables them to make strategic decisions that benefit their team and organization
This is an online course that will be offered in a blended format. Blended courses combine live virtual weekly lectures at a set time (see course dates) with independent study. All courses will have a Nexus site and will open one week prior to the first class day. Course outlines will only be posted to Nexus. All Zoom links will be posted to Nexus.
