Advanced Design Tools builds on foundational design knowledge from the Digital Design Tools course, equipping students with advanced skills to enhance their digital assets. This course covers the basic and intermediate features of the main Adobe applications like Photoshop, as well as other specialized tools like Figma, allowing students to enhance their design capabilities. Focusing on both technical skills and design concepts, students will learn to address creative challenges commonly dealt with in the communications and marketing industries. Through hands-on projects, students will develop design and software techniques for creating digital assets and web and mobile applications and prototypes, focusing on multi-platform design adaptation.
