Oyediran Oke is a data-driven analytics and process-improvement professional with over a decade of experience spanning government, manufacturing, academia, and corporate capability development. He combines deep technical expertise in data science and business intelligence with strong leadership in change management, operational excellence, and workforce development. He holds a Master’s degree in Data Science (University of East London, UK) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Predictive Analytics from the University of Winnipeg (PACE).

Oyediran is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (ASQ & SCCS), Project Management Professional (PMP), and Professional Scrum Master (PSM II), with a strong track record of applying structured methodologies to drive measurable performance improvement across different sectors. Currently, Oyediran works as a Data Analyst with Manitoba Agriculture in Winnipeg, Canada, where he delivers advanced analytics to support evidence-based policy and program delivery. In this role, he leads data automation and reporting initiatives using Power BI, Power Automate, Python, and Power Apps, significantly reducing manual reporting effort while improving decision quality and operational efficiency. Prior to this, he supported industrial analytics initiatives at EVRAZNA in Winnipeg, designing MS Access and MySQL databases and business intelligence dashboards to monitor equipment performance, maintenance trends, and plant operations. His work integrated Lean Six Sigma principles with data analytics to enable more reliable, data-driven decision-making. Oyediran spent over a decade at Heineken Nigeria, where he held progressive roles including Total Productive Maintenance Analyst, Packaging Process Compliance Manager, and TPM & Capability Development Manager. There, he led predictive maintenance initiatives, built KPI dashboards, applied statistical process control, and delivered enterprise-wide training programs in Lean, TPM, and data analytics. His work contributed to measurable improvements in OEE, quality performance, and workforce capability. In addition to his industry experience, Oyediran has an academic background as an Assistant Lecturer at Covenant University, Nigeria, where he taught undergraduate engineering courses and mentored students in technical and professional development. His technical strengths include Python, R, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, MS Excel, MS Access, statistical modelling, predictive analytics, and process automation.
