PACE programs offer exceptional outcomes for students, with over 90% of graduates securing employment in key sectors like Financial Management, Human Resources, and Marketing, all critical to Manitoba’s economy​. Additionally, 82.5% of PACE graduates choose to stay in Manitoba after completing their studies, contributing to local growth.
