This course builds on the base courses of Leadership Development, Leading Self, and Leading Others. Students will apply their new self-awareness and knowledge of leadership theory to make a measurable impact on an organization through strategy, innovation, and workplace culture.  Students will develop workplace strategies that allow for creativity and innovation through a focused creative leadership model of vigilance, selective attention, and integrative thinking.

  • Apply Sinek’s research on the Infinite versus Finite mindset, and the concept of ‘Why’
  • Utilize the five essential and actionable practices of infinite thinkers and leaders
  • Develop a workplace strategy that allow for creativity and innovation through a focused creative leadership model of vigilance, selective attention, and integrative thinking
  • Construct transformational coaching practice tools
  • Understand approaches and various models of development and execution of strategies
  • Synthesize experience and course knowledge, to create and deliver strategy on a vision
