A Bachelor of Commerce, Honour’s graduate, Pat’s career began with a solid foundation in sales and marketing within the transportation sector, including a senior role as Director of Customer Service with the Port of Vancouver. An interest in conflict resolution led her to a Certificate in Conflict Resolution and a career mediating workplace disputes. Seeking to address the preventive side of human interactions, she founded a consulting practice. Through her company, Touchstone Resources, she provides conference keynotes, coaching, mediation and leadership and professional development, working closely with C-suite leaders, offering strategic consulting to address business challenges and drive tangible results. She has instructed with York University, Schulich School of Business, University of Winnipeg, and Red River College, CPA Manitoba, and QNET. Her passion lies in empowering individuals and teams to unlock their full potential, fostering a culture of growth and success. She is a Certified DEIB Specialist, certified in Emotional Intelligence 2.0 and is a Certified Human Behaviour Consultant utilizing DISC. In roles at Wawanesa and People First HR, she has focused on leadership development and business consulting, providing valuable insights and strategies to enhance talent and cultivate organizational excellence.
