Julie Gervino, BCom, MBA, PROSCI Certified, is currently a Section Head in the newly formed Project Management Centre of Expertise at Manitoba Hydro. Julie has 30 years of experience in various HR functions; leading change; facilitating conflict resolution; and training in leadership development and communication skills. She has worked in the private, not-for-profit, and public sectors, and looks forward to meeting you in the classroom at PACE!
Jessica is a graduate of the University of Manitoba with a Bachelor's degree in Social Work. She is also certified by the University of Winnipeg as a Career and Employment Coach. Her passion is helping community members with identifying and understanding how their skills, interests, values, and strengths can lead to meaningful employment. She coaches Manitobans on researching the labor market, strengthening their resume and cover letters, accessing the hidden labor market, establishing and maintaining professional relationships, and preparing for interviews.
Kerry-Ann S. Young is a Project Manager, Business Analyst, and Educator with over 10 years of experience working on the delivery of high-impact projects in Canada and the Caribbean. She has worked across government, telecommunications, and private sector consulting, helping organizations streamline operations, enhance technology solutions, and manage large-scale business transformations. Her ability to align strategy with execution has made her proficient in project management, CRM, bid management, and strategic planning.
