Kenneth Molloy, PMP, is PACE’s Instructor Support Specialist, a role that involves onboarding and coaching our instructors. A passionate instructor, Ken teaches a variety of topics, sharing a lifetime of experience volunteering as a board member in the non-profit sector while simultaneously working as a police officer. As a police officer, Ken was involved in training for over 20 years at the local, national, and international level; his work was recognized with being inducted as a Member of the Order of Merit of the Police.

Joanne Jayamaha is an accomplished professional with diverse experience and expertise in various fields. She currently holds the Learning & Development Specialist position at Western Canada Lottery Cooperation, where she contributes her knowledge and insights to enhance talent management and foster a positive work culture. Additionally, as the Vice President of the SynTEC Group, a management company specializing in organizational development and facilitating sustainable organizational change.
