Jaime VR is a charismatic instructor and public speaker who brings well-rounded experience to offer a real-life scenario approach to teaching. She has been a business professional for over 27 years in various roles in business administration, ownership, and management. She has owned and run five successful companies in the fields of marketing, PR, and graphic design; international event coordination and day of management; travel; and business services such as ground-up start-up development and business mentorship.

Jennifer has over 20 years experience in the evolving field of data. After earning a PhD in Psychology from the University of Manitoba, Jennifer started her career as a researcher and statistician, gaining experience at the Manitoba Centre for Health Policy, the Addictions Foundation of Manitoba, and Manitoba Liquor and Lotteries (MBLL). During her time at MBLL, she expanded her data knowledge to strategy and planning activities in the business, as well as extending her education with a Master of Data Science from Northwestern University in Chicago.
