She is currently working as an Instructor at the International College of Manitoba (ICM), University of Manitoba and University of Winnipeg. With over 8 years of experience in teaching both locally and internationally, Farzana has also excelled in her skills as a researcher and analyst across various industries. She holds an MA in Economics from The University of Winnipeg.

Roger Au is a highly accomplished professional renowned for his expertise in accounting, process improvement, and leadership. With a distinguished career spanning several years, Roger has solidified his position as a trusted figure at Loblaw. A notable aspect of Roger's professional profile is his Certified Quality Improvement Associate (CQIA) certification obtained through the American Society for Quality (ASQ). This prestigious certification underscores Roger's commitment to excellence in process improvement.
