Prashant Tipnis, Lean Greenbelt Champion and Change Management Professional has over 25 years of leadership experience in corporate organizations and SMEs. Prashant’s experience includes Technical, Operations and General Management; Project Implementation and Management and other significant roles in India, Middle East Asia, East Africa, and Canada. With Master of Science as primary education, he is also a certified Lead Expert for Environmental Auditing and Environmental Impact Assessment for Kenya, East Africa.

My WHY is to make people feel valued, heard, safe, and free to be their best selves. I live this through active, empathetic listening in every interaction—empowering creativity and collaboration to improve the world around us. I currently serve as the Assistant Deputy Minister – Innovation and New Technology with the Government of Manitoba. In this role, I lead transformative initiatives to modernize ERP systems and deliver public value through digital innovation.

Barry Wolfe received a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) followed by a teaching degree in the Faculty of Education at the University of Manitoba. Deciding that being an educator would be his lifelong passion, Barry went on to complete a Bachelor of Education in school counseling and a Master of Education and thesis majoring in educational psychology. Barry has been an educator in the public school system; adult learning at the University of Winnipeg, University of Manitoba; and indigenous education at the Neeginan Institute of Applied Technology. R.M. has worked with professionals from large and small organizations like Microsoft, Bell, and Accenture to the Credit Counselling Society, Manitoba eHealth, and Winnipeg Airports Authority.
