Charmaine Jennings

Charmaine Jennings is a University of Winnipeg alumni, graduating with a degree in Rhetoric and Communications. Founder and CEO of Strategic Charm Boutique, Charmaine is a social media and marketing executive who helps entrepreneurs and small organizations share their brand story and connect with dream clients and customers online. She works hard to help clients find their voice and define their message so they can confidently and strategically communicate their passion for their industry, the work they do, and the value of their offers.

Paul Carrick

Paul Carrick, MSW, RSW, HRD. Paul Carrick is a trauma-informed therapist and workplace conflict specialist with 25 years of field experience as a therapist and 15 years as a workplace conflict consultant. Paul has various areas of expertise including but not limited to; workplace conflict, bullying and harassment, trauma, childhood abuse, domestic abuse, and violence against women. He has a Master of Social Work degree, with an undergraduate degree in Women's Studies and Criminology. He also has a Human Resource Diploma from the PACE program at The University of Winnipeg.

Barry Wolfe
