Sharon is a bilingual Senior Information Technology Project Manager, Senior Certified Prosci OCM Practitioner, Certified Integral Master Coach™, Certified End of Life Doula and owner of That O’Leary Girl Inc. consulting services. She has 20 years of IT /Project / Business experience across the US and Canada with roles and skills in: Leadership / Management, Technical Support, Corporate Software Training, Curriculum Development, Business Analysis, Public Speaking, User Acceptance testing, Business Continuity, Facilitation and more.

Sherri Cairns is a University of Manitoba alumna as well as a graduate of the University of Winnipeg PACE program in Marketing and Public Relations. She is a Certified Business Counsellor with more than 20 years’ experience helping entrepreneurs from across Canada start their businesses. Her specialization (or passion) is guiding creative entrepreneurs such as artists, creators and musicians put their vision into a traditional business plan and leading them to the next level in their entrepreneurial journey.

Born and raised in Winnipeg, MB, Sophia Ali is the Executive Director of Aulneau Renewal Centre. Her education background consists of a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) from University of Manitoba, Bachelor of Social Work from University of Manitoba and a Master’s in Business Administration from Athabasca University. Registered as a Social Worker with the Manitoba College for Social Workers, Sophia has over fifteen years working with vulnerable sectors related to complex needs such as health issues, mental health, community development and health promotion.

Al Garlinski is a seasoned supply chain expert with over 35 years of procurement experience in the public sector. He currently coaches and mentors students under various co-op programs with the University of Alberta, University of Manitoba, Mount Royal University and MacEwan University. He has been nominated twice and awarded the “Mentor of The Year” for the University of Alberta School of Business program in 2019. For many years Al has worked as a lecturer teaching supply chain management in universities and professional associations.
