Joey Crampton

During his 20+ year career, Joey ascended to the C-suite as CFO leading several multi-million dollar sales and acquisitions. His expertise explaining complex accounting concepts to non-finance members of his team earned him the trust of functional, operational and executive leaders. Joey's story began when he founded his first business as a teenager and went on to launch businesses that grew, serving Western Canada. A life-long passion for self-development lead Joey to launch the 360 Coaching Group in 2019.

Farzana is a passionate Agribusiness and Economics Instructor with a demonstrated history of working in higher education. She is currently working as an Instructor at the International College of Manitoba (ICM), University of Manitoba and University of Winnipeg. With over 8 years of experience in teaching both locally and internationally, Farzana has also excelled in her skills as a researcher and analyst across various industries.
