Over the course of her career, she has earned and held a variety of certifications and designations ranging from Quality Management to designations in training and professional development.

Natalya is an IT professional and a 1certified image consulting entrepreneur. She has over 19 years' experience working in IT projects within the insurance, telecommunications, and managed service provider industries. Currently, she works as a Project Manager with WBM Technologies. She holds various certifications, including the prestigious Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. She is a member of Project Management Institute (PMI) Global and is currently the Director of Marketing for PMI’s Manitoba Chapter.

Justin is a Data Scientist for Innovation, Transformation & Technology with the City of Winnipeg. Before joining the City, he led The Dufresne Group’s analytics department, working on marketing modeling, sales & merchandising forecasts, and data visualization. Justin's doctoral research at the University of Southern California and post-doctoral work at the University of Toronto focused on Bayesian models of bounded rationality, decision theory, and the foundations of statistics.
