Justin is a Data Scientist for Innovation, Transformation & Technology with the City of Winnipeg. Before joining the City, he led The Dufresne Group’s analytics department, working on marketing modeling, sales & merchandising forecasts, and data visualization. Justin's doctoral research at the University of Southern California and post-doctoral work at the University of Toronto focused on Bayesian models of bounded rationality, decision theory, and the foundations of statistics.
Kelly Melchor’s professional life has been happily spent in the insurance industry. After graduating from the Asper School of Business with a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons.) degree in Finance and Marketing, she started her career with one of Canada’s largest insurance companies.

A Bachelor of Commerce, Honour’s graduate, Pat’s career began with a solid foundation in sales and marketing within the transportation sector, including a senior role as Director of Customer Service with the Port of Vancouver. An interest in conflict resolution led her to a Certificate in Conflict Resolution and a career mediating workplace disputes. Seeking to address the preventive side of human interactions, she founded a consulting practice.
I am Marcio Coelho, a university professor for over 25 years now, the last 8 years teaching in Canada. I have two degrees, one in Religious Studies from the Seminário Presbiteriano do Sul (Southern Presbyterian Seminary), and another in Social Communication/Journalism from PUCCAMP (Pontifical Catholic University of Campinas) both in Campinas, SP, Brazil. I did my master’s in Business Administration/Marketing, and the Ph.D. is in Linguistics and Communication field both at Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie (Mackenzie Presbyterian University), in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
