Vagish Sharma is a certified strategy planning and project management professional (PMP), and has more than 12 years of work experience at large corporates, not for profit associations and multilateral organizations in strategy planning, change management, stakeholder engagement, risk assessment and process improvement of projects. He has held leadership positions and led PMO’s, large cross functional teams and budgets up to $50m in revenue using advance level Agile tools and methodologies across education, IT, financial, retail, energy, government and sustainability sectors. He is passionate about mentoring and teaching professionals and college students in project management, IT tools engagement, entrepreneurship / soft skills improvement, digital AI / marketing management and counselled students in career growth and advancement. Vagish is passionate about community services and serving as Board of Directors at Immigrants Working Centre as well as supported Ecopsark as Business coach. In addition to this, Vagish was selected as “Global Social Fellow” by University of Waterloo, “Young Pacific Leader” by United Nations and “East Asia Future Leader” by Japan Ministry of Foreign Affairs and has published a book on Sustainability Management.
