With a career of 27 years, she has established herself as a Conflict Analyst, Professional Trainer, Mediator, Author, University Lecturer, and Master Certified Coach. Joyce's expertise lies in helping organizations overcome complex challenges and create psychologically safe workspaces that foster inclusivity and well-being. As President and CEO of Interpersonal Wellness Services Inc., Joyce has developed customized workplace wellness programs and transformative training sessions for her clients, some of which are exclusively offered through her company.
