Our accelerated full-time program is an intensive, structured pathway designed to fast-track your career in Human Resource Management. With a predetermined course load and schedule, you can complete your diploma in just 6 months.
Program Highlights:
- Duration: 6 months, Monday to Friday, 9 AM–4 PM.
- Delivery Mode: Fully online, combining live virtual sessions and flexible online formats.
- Credentials Earned:
- Human Resource Management Diploma
- WHMIS Certification (through the Managing Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment course)
- Professional Designation Eligibility: Graduates may be eligible to waive the National Knowledge Exam (NKE), expediting the process of earning the Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation.
Commitment Required:
This accelerated format is designed for focused learners, with 3 hours of live instruction each day, plus additional time for independent coursework, assignments, and group projects. While the program is intensive, it provides an incredible opportunity to immerse yourself in your studies and complete your diploma in just 6 months.

What You’ll Earn:
Graduates of the part-time program earn the Human Resource Management Diploma and may become eligible to pursue the CPHR Designation (Chartered Professional in Human Resources) upon successful completion.
Flexible Completion Options:
- Fast-Track Option: Complete the part-time program in as little as 2 years by taking multiple courses each term.
- Take Your Time: You have up to 5 years to complete the required and elective courses, giving you the freedom to schedule your course load at a pace that works best for you.
Whether you’re looking to accelerate your studies or prefer a more gradual approach, our part-time program provides the flexibility and support you need to succeed.
Can I do an internship?
Internship Opportunities for Full-Time and Part-Time Students
Both full-time and part-time students in the Human Resource Management Diploma program are eligible to participate in internships!
An internship serves as your gateway to entering the HR field, providing valuable hands-on work experience. It’s an opportunity to apply the skills you’ve developed through your studies in a real-world setting, build a professional portfolio, and gain confidence in your abilities.
To participate in an internship at the end of the program, you must:
- Maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA
- Successfully complete all required courses
