This integrated program prepares professionals to lead business transformation by combining core competencies in business analysis, data-driven decision-making, process improvement, and change leadership. Students develop business analysis skills aligned with the IIBA BABOK, gain proficiency in business intelligence tools to turn data into actionable insights, and apply change management strategies to support organizational evolution. Lean Six Sigma Yellow and Green Belt certifications are embedded in the program, offering hands-on experience with DMAIC tools to reduce waste, improve quality, and lead process improvement. Graduates are equipped to drive efficiency, innovation, and measurable value across diverse organizational settings.

We strongly advise applicants to apply early as space is limited and demand for full-time programs is extremely high.
For programs that start in January, applications open one year in advance and close Sep. 15 the year prior to the year the programs runs (EXAMPLE: program starts Jan. 2, 2025; apps open Jan 15, 2024, apps close Sep 15, 2024).
For programs that start in May, applications open one year in advance and close Jan. 15 the year the program runs (EXAMPLE: program starts May 2, 2025; apps open May 15, 2024; apps close Jan 15, 2025).
For programs that start in September, applications open one year in advance and close May 15 the year the programs runs (EXAMPLE: program starts Sep. 2, 2025; apps open Sep 15, 2024, apps close May 15, 2025).

12 months in duration, Mon-Fri, days and hours vary and classes may be scheduled during the daytime or evenings between 9AM and 4PM. Some courses may be delivered in our blended online format.
Holidays and breaks are provided throughout the program duration.
This program follows a blended learning model, combining in-class sessions, live online instruction, and scheduled online coursework to create a dynamic and adaptable educational experience.
Courses are carefully structured to balance in-person interaction with the convenience of online learning. Live online sessions allow students to engage with instructors and classmates in real-time, while scheduled online coursework provides flexibility in when they complete assignments within set deadlines. The number and format of online courses may vary based on program needs and scheduling.
This multi-modal approach ensures that students stay connected with their peers and instructors while developing essential workplace skills such as digital collaboration, adaptability, accountability, and effective communication. While students must follow the program’s set schedule, this blended format allows them to engage with learning in different ways, whether attending classes on campus, participating in live online discussions, or completing coursework independently.
The Business Analysis and Transformation program equips graduates to lead strategic change initiatives through a powerful combination of business analysis, data-driven insight, and process improvement. With a foundation in industry-recognized methodologies and tools, students develop the critical competencies to drive innovation, enable transformation, and deliver measurable value across sectors.
Lead Organizational Change: Demonstrate strategic leadership by applying proven change models and best practices to manage and support organizational transformation.
Drive Informed Decisions: Apply critical thinking and analytical frameworks to assess complex business needs and guide data-informed decision-making.
Execute Business Analysis Across the Lifecycle: Integrate business analysis principles to support organizational goals through the full requirements and solution lifecycle.
Use Data to Inform Strategy: Leverage data, technology, and business intelligence tools to generate actionable insights and support strategic initiatives.
Assess Emerging Technologies: Evaluate the implications of emerging technologies and trends within ethical, organizational, and industry-specific contexts.
Communicate and Influence Effectively: Design and implement effective communication and change management strategies to align stakeholders and support adoption.
Enable Innovation and Improvement: Identify opportunities for innovation, bridge performance gaps, and apply continuous improvement strategies to drive organizational growth.

Applicants with a degree must have at least one year of work experience, with part-time work being acceptable.
Applicants without a degree must have a minimum of three years of work experience.
Applicants whose previous education was completed outside of Canada and where English may or may not have been the medium of instruction, must submit proof of meeting one of the accepted English language proficiency measures.
