Enroll in a diploma or certificate program that you can complete at your own pace. Our part time programs give you flexible study options to help you re-imagine your career while juggling a busy schedule.
All courses in our part time programs are delivered online in one of two virtual formats. Courses are either offered in a fully online format, where you work through the material independently while meeting established assignment due dates, or in a blended format, combining live virtual meeting and lecture times with independent study components.

Part time PACE programs are offered exclusively in our online classrooms.
Courses are delivered in one of two formats
- Asynchronous, which means you will not be expected to be live online for any live lectures
- In asynchronous courses, you are free to work on the course within the times you want, providing you meet assignment due dates
- Most courses have video lectures (less than 10 minutes), readings, and group work
- Blended, which combines mandatory live virtual meeting/lecture times with independent study
- In our online blended courses, you are expected to attend live lectures (from 6-9pm)
- You will have assignments with set due dates and may have homework or supplemental reading to prepare for class
I want to earn a microcredential
Earn your Mastering the Future of Workplace Management Microcredential in just 3 short courses, each facilitated by an industry expert and in the company of others committed to ensuring their workplaces flourish.
Microcredentials at PACE build on your existing knowledge and experience under the guidance of experienced instructors who are subject-matter experts with deep industry knowledge.

Students earn a shareable digital badge for each individual short course they complete and are issued the professional microcredential upon completion of any three of the courses listed.
